Ugandan street food: Rolex (Chapati & Scrambled Eggs)

“A common Ugandan specialty is colloquially referred to as Rolex. Rolex is a play on words: “roll eggs”. It consists of a flour and oil dough rolled out and grilled, called chapati. Scrambled eggs are then cooked on the hot cooking surface and rolled up in the chapati.”

a) Making the dough for chapati

b) Cooking the chapati
